- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine cheese and milk.

2Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and smooth.

3Add corn, eggs, green pepper, basil and pepper. Mix well.

4Spoon into baking dish, 6 x 10-inch.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
