- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn with liquid
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large saucepan, using scissors, cut bacon into small pieces.

2Cook until crisp.

3Remove bacon from pan; drain all but 3 tablespoons grease from pan.

4Add onion and saute in bacon grease until tender and brown.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.

7Serve with bacon sprinkled over soup.
