  • 1 lb. ground sausage (I use hot)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 3 (No. 17) cans creamed corn
  • 11 1/2 oz. frozen hash browns, shredded
  • 3 c. water
  • 5 c. cubed or shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 oz. evaporated milk

    Brown sausage; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and put in a crock-pot until cheese is melted.
