- 12 sweet corn cobs
- 4 c. water
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 box fruit pectin
Directions

1Bring water with cobs to a boil for 10 minutes.

2Measure 3 cups liquid and strain through cloth.

3Put into saucepan.

4Add box of fruit pectin.

5Bring mixture to a rolling boil; add 4 cups sugar and bring to simmer for 3 minutes, then skim.

6Add food coloring, if desired.

7Pour into glasses and seal.

8Jelly will be clear and taste like honey.
