  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 3/4 c. egg substitute

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, sour cream, corn and oil.

    Cook in a greased pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
