Corn Cornbread Casserole

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)

Directions

    Prepare cornbread as directed on box.

    After cooling, crumble cornbread very fine.

    Add soup, corn, onion and pimentos and stir thoroughly.

    Spread into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle grated cheese to cover. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
