- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Prepare cornbread as directed on box.

2After cooling, crumble cornbread very fine.

3Add soup, corn, onion and pimentos and stir thoroughly.

4Spread into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle grated cheese to cover. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
