- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Slice or half washed mushrooms lengthwise.

2In butter, in large skillet over low heat, saute onion until tender; add mushrooms.

3Saute over medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally 8 to 10 minutes.

4Stir in flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice, celery salt, then milk.

5Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
