  • 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except cheese and pour into greased baking dish.

    Spread cheese on top and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Good served with cranberry sauce.
