  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

    Mix all of the ingredients.

    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until golden brown. Serve with ham, chicken or turkey, etc.
