  • 2 cans whole kernel corn with juice
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper

Directions

    Chop onion and green pepper.

    Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for two hours.

    (This makes a very large amount.

    You can cut it in half.)
