- 2 1/2 c. corn, drained
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. canned milk (evaporated)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine corn and eggs; mix well. Combine flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg.

3Stir into corn.

4Add butter and milk.

5Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.

6Set casserole dish inside a larger dish with hot water to gel the custard.

7Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
