  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. fresh corn, cut off cob or 2 cans cream-style corn

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Beat in eggs.

    Add salt, Accent and milk. Stir in corn. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until pudding is firm. Serves 6.
