  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased casserole dish 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown at 350°.
