  • 2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob and scrape cob
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered baking dish.

    Place dish in pan of hot water.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.
