- 2 cans yellow cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Butter a casserole dish.

2Combine corn, onion, green pepper and pimento.

3Beat eggs slightly, then stir in sugar and salt. Smooth a little of the milk into the flour, then blend in the remaining milk.

4Combine corn, eggs and milk mixture.

5Add melted butter; turn into buttered casserole dish.

6Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
