- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (1 c.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix the melted margarine and the corn.

2Add the eggs and sour cream and mix well.

3Stir in corn muffin mix.

4Pour into a 2 1/2-quart ungreased deep dish.
