- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 16 oz. can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. crushed crackers
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
- paprika
Directions

1Place egg in 1 1/2-quart casserole and beat well with fork. Stir in milk, sugar, corn, crackers and butter.

2Microwave at Medium-high for 7 minutes.

3Stir well.

4Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave at Medium-high for 11 to 14 minutes.

5When done, center will be just barely set.
