- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 3 eggs, separated
Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.

2Add milk; stir.

3Add corn, egg yolks and oleo.

4Beat egg whites until a peak forms; fold into corn mixture.

5Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Set in pan of hot water.

7Bake 1 hour at 350° until knife inserted comes out clean.
