  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 3 eggs, separated

    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.

    Add milk; stir.

    Add corn, egg yolks and oleo.

    Beat egg whites until a peak forms; fold into corn mixture.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Set in pan of hot water.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° until knife inserted comes out clean.
