- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 or 3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine; mix sugar and flour together.

3Stir into margarine.

4Stir in milk, eggs and baking powder; mix well.

5Stir in corn.

6Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish.

7Bake until top is golden brown and center is set, about 45 minutes.
