  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle with a little nutmeg on top.

    Bake until golden brown.

    Test with a toothpick.

    When it comes out clean, take out of oven.
