  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. drained cooked or canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine ingredients; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Set in a shallow pan filled to 1 inch with hot water.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
