- 20 oz. frozen corn
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Butter a 5 cup souffle dish or a 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package.

2Drain.

3Mix Bisquick, milk, egg and salt.

4Stir in corn and cheese.

5Pour into prepared dish. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted half way between edge and center comes out clean.
