- 10 c. corn
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped sweet red and yellow peppers
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Drop ears of corn into boiling water.

2Boil for 5 minutes. Dip into cold water; cut from cob.

3Measure and combine with remaining ingredients and boil for 15 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars, to within 1/2-inch of top.

4Put on caps; tighten bands.

5Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes or 5 pounds pressure, just until kettle comes to pressure.

6Makes 5 to 6 pints.

7Twenty-two ears of corn will do 7 pints.
