  • 24 ears corn, blanched and cut off
  • 4 large onions
  • 3 pt. vinegar
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 peppers (1 red and 1 green)
  • 4 tsp. mustard (dry)
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric
  • small amount celery seed

    Boil corn, sugar, vinegar, mustard, turmeric and celery seed for 20 minutes.
