- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- black pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onions and peppers in margarine. Add flour and cook until golden brown.

2Remove from heat; blend in milk, salt and dry mustard.

3Return to heat; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add corn (drained) and egg (slightly beaten). Stir to blend.

4Place in a baking dish; sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
