- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 18 oz. can cream-style corn
- 18 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine eggs, muffin mix, both corns, sour cream and butter. Spread in a 11 x 7 x 1-inch baking dish.

2Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

3Sprinkle cheese on top.

4Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
