  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 18 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 18 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Combine eggs, muffin mix, both corns, sour cream and butter. Spread in a 11 x 7 x 1-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
