  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn (use liquid)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole corn (use liquid)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in 8-inch or 9-inch pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups of grated Swiss cheese.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    You may double recipe and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
