- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.

2Blend in syrup and vanilla.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Combine flour, salt and cocoa in another bowl.

4Gradually add to creamed mixture.

5Stir in nuts.

6Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 3/4-inch pan.

7Bake at 350° until brownies begin to pull away from the edge of the pan.

8Delicious served warm.
