  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. stone-ground meal (no other kind)

Directions

    Beat eggs; blend in oil, sour cream and corn.

    Add cornmeal, salt and baking powder.

    Bake in 8-inch pan, greased or sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating, for 45 minutes at 375°.
