- 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. stone-ground meal (no other kind)

1Beat eggs; blend in oil, sour cream and corn.

2Add cornmeal, salt and baking powder.

3Bake in 8-inch pan, greased or sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating, for 45 minutes at 375°.
