- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. corn meal
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Beat eggs, blend in sour cream, sugar, oil and corn.

2Blend cornmeal, salt and baking powder and add to mixture.

3Blend and pour into greased pan.

4Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.
