  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 oz. regular Cheez Whiz
  • 4 oz. Mexican-style Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • cornbread crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Chop the cabbage; cook until tender and drain.

    Mix the cheeses with the soup and add drained cabbage, onion and pepper; place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with about 1-inch cornbread crumbs and the stick of margarine, sliced.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until brown.

    Serves 6 to 8.
