Rum Cream Pie

- 6 egg yolks
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. rum (use 1/4 banana rum if available, total must be 3/4 c.)
Directions

1Beat egg yolks in mixer until light and add sugar.

2Soak gelatin in cold water; put over low fire and bring to boil (more water might be needed), stirring.

3Whip cream until stiff; fold it into the egg mixture and flavor with rum.

4Pour into oiled mold and chill.

5Will keep for days and days.
