  • enough milk to mix
  • enough chicken broth to mix
  • 1 c. cold grits
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 3 cold biscuits
  • 1 large onion
  • salt (if needed)
  • poultry seasoning (if desired)

    Mix cornmeal, milk and 2 eggs and bake in oven.
