  • 1 (8 x 8-inch) pan cornbread
  • 6 to 8 green onions
  • 6 to 8 radishes
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 peeled tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. bottled cucumber dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Crumble baked and cooled cornbread in large bowl.

    Chop green onions, radishes, green pepper and tomatoes.

    Add cornbread. Combine mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and mustard.

    Add salt and white pepper, if desired.

    Cheese cubes or boiled egg chunks may be added also.
