- 2 c. Ballard Old South cornbread mix, baked as directed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 beaten eggs
Directions

1Mix the baked cornbread with the package of herb stuffing mix and set aside.

2In saucepan, combine the butter, chopped celery, onions, water, salt and black pepper.

3Cook until tender.

4Combine with dry mixture along with eggs and stock from turkey or chicken to moisten as needed.

5Place in large, buttered baking pan and bake in a 300° oven for about 30 minutes.
