Cornbread Turkey Dressing

- 6 lb. cornbread
- 2 lb. biscuits
- 3 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. onions
- 14 eggs
- 1 pkg. herb seasoning (optional)
- 1 1/2 gal. chicken broth
Directions

1Soak cornbread and biscuits in chicken broth, getting out all lumps.

2Add well beaten eggs, celery seed, black pepper, salt and chopped onions to cornbread mixture.

3Grease pan.

4Pour in dressing.

5Cook in 425° oven about 1 hour, depending on thickness. Test for doneness with knife. Will serve 60 to 75 people (recipe divides easily).
