  • 1 can grace's corned beef (reduced salt)
  • 4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cup shredded spinach
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomato's (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp grace's hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp grace's caribbean traditions cock spicy chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Directions

    Fry the cabbage+spinach+red peppers+onions+garlic+tomato+parsley in the olive oil for 5 minutes on medium high heat

    Add the water and cook untill the cabbage softens and 90 % of the water evaporates
  3. 3
    Add the ketchup and hot sauce and seasoning and continue to cook for additional 5 minutes when done serve over white rice
