Corned Beef Casserole

- 4 c. pared and sliced potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of well oiled casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Break corned beef in fairly large pieces.

3Spread evenly over the potatoes in layers.

4Combine soup and water.

5Blend thoroughly.

6Place in small saucepan over low heat.

7Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

8Pour over meat and potato mixture and cover.

9Bake in moderate oven, about 325°, for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

10Serve hot.
