Corned Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large can corned beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. cooked pasta (elbows, shells)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can cream soup (any kind; I use mushroom or chicken)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large bowl, put cooked, drained pasta, flaked corned beef, onion and half of bread crumbs.

2Toss together.

3Add cubed cheese and mix with salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Empty can of soup into bowl.

6Mix with a little water or milk to make smooth.

7Pour over pasta.

8Melt butter in pan and add rest of bread crumbs.

9Cook on low until toasted.

10Sprinkle over casserole.

11Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
