- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked
- 12 oz. corned beef, crumbled
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 40 to 50 minutes until thoroughly heated. Makes 8 servings.
