  • 4 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/8 c. olive oil
  • 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked
  • 12 oz. corned beef, crumbled
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 40 to 50 minutes until thoroughly heated. Makes 8 servings.
