- 9 tbsp butter, chopped, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 None medium egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 5 cups cornflakes
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line 2 large oven trays.

2In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

3Fold flour, raisins, chocolate chips and half the cornflakes into the mixture.

4Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll into remaining lightly crushed cornflakes. Arrange on trays about 2 inches apart.

5Bake for 15-20 mins until golden. Cool on tray for 5 mins. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
