- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- mushrooms 1 sm. can chopped
- 4 cornish hens
- jelly 1 sm. jar current
- 1 cup cooking wine
Directions

1Wash hens and remove giblets.

2Cook rice as directed; add celery, salt, and poultry seasoning and mushrooms.

3Stuff hens and tie legs together.

4Place on baking sheet, breast up.

5Blend wine and jelly.

6Bake hens 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees basting with wine and jelly every 20 minutes.
