  • 4 Cornish hens
  • 2 lb. white seedless grapes
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Stuff birds with grapes. Tie legs together.

    Place in 500° oven until brown.

    Mix mushrooms, sherry and soup; spread over birds.

    Cover and bake approximately 2 hours at 325°.
