  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 15 oz. whole corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Jiffy corn bread mix or muffin mix
  • 15 oz. creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Stick of butter must be soft so you can melt it.

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Salt and pepper.

    Combine all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes up to 1 hour.
