- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2Combine butter, sugar, salt, soda, egg and cottage cheese with 1 1/4 cups flour; blend well.

3Add remaining flour; mix thoroughly.

4Allow to rise in warm place for 1 hour.

5Stir down and place in greased 8-inch round casserole.

6Allow to rise for 1 hour longer.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with salt.
