Cottage Cheese Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Heat cheese to lukewarm; mix with yeast, sugar, eggs, soda and salt.

3Stir in flour to make a soft dough.

4Place in greased bowl.

5Turn to grease all sides of dough. Let rise in oven (place pan of hot water on rack under bowl) about 1 1/2 hours, until doubled.

6Punch dough down, pinch in half and work each half into 12 pieces.

7Roll each piece in flour. Place on greased pan; let rise again until doubled.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Brush with butter and serve warm.
