- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sweet cream (I use canned Pet or Carnation), undiluted
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put cottage cheese through a sieve to make smooth.

2Mix sugar and flour; add to cottage cheese.

3Add eggs and mix well.

4Add vanilla, salt and cream.

5Mix. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 325° and bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden and cooked through. Pie may fall when taken out of oven.

7Do not overbake, it sets easily.
