Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. frozen pea pods (snow peas)
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. shrimp
Directions

1Saute green pepper, onion and celery in olive oil until tender.

2Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper and water; cook for 10 minutes.

3Combine flour and sugar; add enough water to make a smooth paste and stir into tomato mixture.

4Cook and stir until slightly thickened.

5Add shrimp and pea pods.

6Cook until pea pods are tender and shrimp are cooked.

7Serve over cooked rice.
