  • 10 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. margarine, diced
  • 2 sliced bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and parsley flakes
