- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Cook sausage until done.

2Drain off fat and crumble.

3Mix cheese and sausage together.

4Sprinkle in pie shell.

5Combine remaining ingredients.

6Pour over sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
